  • 根据清华大学2021年毕业生就业质量报告，去年本科毕业生中其实有超过75%的学生选择继续深造，在少数选择直接就业的本科生中，约50%进入了体制（包括党政机关、事业单位与国有企业）。如将就业主力的研究生与博士也算上，选择签三方就业的学生中，进入体制的百分比才会占到70%。
    内心真的有种说不出的感觉，70%这个比例......

  • 中国省级城市大约30个，地级市有300个，县级市有2000个

  • 产品研发这件事是非常贵的，工程师和产品经理的薪资都很高，如果你开的城市数不够多的话，那么你落到每一订单的研发支出会很高，这导致你养不好这个团队，这导致你产品技术没有竞争力。

    • 再举一个更具象化的例子，外卖这个业务我们现在大概三四千万单一天，外卖这个业务是蜂窝级经营，规模效应的颗粒度更小，但是这个业务有产研的规模效应，外卖这个业务如果想做出一个像样的产品，不会因为你的产品技术而失去竞争力，一年研发成本差不多20亿，落到每天是600万，我们每天有三四千万订单，平均每单2毛钱的研发支出，如果每天1000万单每单研发成本就6毛钱了， 因为这个行业的每单净利只有几毛钱，所以单量不够单纯研发就导致亏本了。还有配送成本每单7块钱，所以外卖是一个多么薄利的业务啊，然后老大们每天从早加班到晚上，周一 到周七，所以规模效应还是很重要的。

I am honored to be with you today for your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. Truth be told— I never graduated from college. This is the closest I’ve ever gotten to a college graduation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That’s it. No big deal. Just three stories. The first story is about connecting the dots. I dropped out of Reed College after the first six months but then stayed around as a drop-in for another eighteen months or so before I really quit.
